Product Guarantees

We not only manufacture quality products, we guarantee them!

For our Commercial Fibreglass and Commercial Aluminium flagpoles the following warranty applies;

Harrison External Display Systems Limited warrants to the purchaser that all flagpoles supplied by us will be free from defects in material or workmanship.

If properly installed, used normally, and with responsible care, all commercial flagpoles are guaranteed for a 10 year period from the date of shipment for the shaft only providing a minimum 12 monthly service is carried out by ourselves (call our Sales Team for information on our maintenance packages). Please note freight, fittings, accessories, installation and materials are not covered by this guarantee and are the liability of the client. Damage resulting from vandalism or other hazards are not covered by this guarantee.

Harrison External Display Systems Limited further warrants that after proper installation and responsible use, all flagpole shafts will withstand wind gusts of up to 100 miles per hour, un-flagged.

Our flagpoles are guaranteed only if the correct size flag is flown, please refer to our technical data for sizes.
