All of our flagpoles are hand make in the UK

As flagpole manufacturers we hand lay up all our fibreglass flagpoles in our factory.

We carefully control the quantity of glass used, the impregnation of the resin, the thickness of the gel coat and the overall production process.

When removed from the mould every flagpole is carefully inspected before being finished to ensure there are no defects that might compromise the strength of the pole.

Whether we are finishing an aluminium or fibreglass flagpole all steel feet are bonded into the flag pole for increased rigidity.

We regularly weld test a range of our brackets and feet to ensure that what we are producing continues to be of the highest quality available.

During the final stage of fabrication we will prepare the cleat holes, or insert the door mechanism, clean the pole off and inspect prior to wrapping the flagpole in a protective sleeve in preparation for despatch.
